The Personal Trainers are independent operators that contract with the City of South Jordan to provide Personal Training Services.
Jackie graduated from Weber State University in
Human Performance Management. She also holds
certifications from AFAA, AHA, and Mad Dogg Spin.
She is very detail-oriented when it comes to her
training. She knows the importance of a nutritionally
sound diet and weight management. She believes that
anyone can succeed by small and simple changes.
Jackie has worked with a variety of clients including,
weight loss, strength training, core strengthening,
stress managing, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, arthritis,
osteoporosis, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis.
When Jackie is not training she enjoys researching
the latest fitness trends, running, biking, soccer,
and a good game of ping pong.
Lars Toensing graduated from Eagle Gate College. Holds and maintains The National Strength and Conditioning Association certification.
Lars has worked with clients including: fat loss, muscle building, power lifting, joint issues, overall wellbeing and heath, bodybuilders and fitness athletes, to people looking for better self-worth. With Lars you will be bridging the gap between the body and science. A highly Certified and Qualified personal trainer like him is what anyone, who is serious about fitness and health needs to show them a safe, effective, efficient way to get in shape. He is a breath of fresh air in this industry for he walks the talk, and truly knows what he is doing.
Michael's life is centered on health and fitness.
College studies in biology, chemistry, human sciences and health have set a firm foundation for his career as a personal trainer. His focus is helping people find ways to naturally improve their lives.
Certification as a Personal Trainer, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), provides Michael with high level methods to guide his skills in helping clients improve their fitness, wellness and enjoyment of life. His work as a Wellness Counselor has given Michael knowledge of diet and supplements. His study of naturopathic methods allows him to enhance his client's understanding of diet, supplementation and natural healing.
